Booking Process
Initial Enquiry
All enquiries can be sent via email to info@makeupbyhania.co.uk or via the contact form here
Please include the date, venue, times and number of people who require makeup in your initial enquiry.
Quote
Once I confirm I have your date available, I will send over prices that will include travel, petrol etc.
If I don't have your date I can give recommendations for other Artists who do a similar natural style to me.
Booking Form
Once you confirm you would like to book I will ask you to complete a Booking Form with final details of numbers, venue etc.
You will be asked to sign the form to agree to the terms here
Booking Fee
I will send over an Invoice for a non refundable Booking Fee of £50. This must be paid within 2 days of issue. Dates will not be held without this.
Final payment is due 7 days prior to the wedding.
Additional Info
My style of makeup is natural and makeup on the day takes approx 1 hour each and slightly longer for Brides. I offer Hair for Elopements for Brides only, and not for a full Bridal Party. A trial is required for Bride only bookings.
Trials are held at my home studio near Moffat (DG10). A Trial can take between 1.5 and up to 2 hours. It is best to wear a white or off white top that is similar to your dress colour and a similar neckline so you can see what the makeup looks like against the colour.
It is also a good idea to wear your hair similar to how it will be on the day to get a better idea of how you will look on the day with your makeup and hair done.
I only take on parties of 4 or less.
